Ingredients

Cookie cake (one 9-inch)

  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1¼ cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Layers

  • Vanilla frosting or whipped topping
  • Blue food colouring
  • Chocolate chip biscuits, broken
  • Chocolate sandwich biscuits, broken

Method

    Make the cookie dough and bake in a 9-inch pan at 350°F for 18 to 22 minutes. Cool, then cut into cubes.

    Colour the frosting blue.

    Layer cookie cake, frosting and broken biscuits in jars.

    Finish with a whole biscuit on top.
