Refunds, privacy and download terms
No legal fog. This is exactly what happens when you buy a recipe pack or give us your email address.
Refunds — 14 days, no arguing
If a recipe pack is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of buying it and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you keep the files.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take a few working days to appear.
What you are buying
A recipe pack is a set of PDF files you download and keep — a printable recipe pack, a shopping list and a planner. Nothing is posted to you and nothing renews.
Every recipe in a pack is also free to read on this website. The pack exists to make the recipes easier to shop for, print and cook from.
Your download link
After paying you get a private download page. It works for a year, and each file link on it stays live for 24 hours — reload the page for fresh links.
The pack is for you and your household. Please don't post the files publicly or resell them.
Your email address
We store your email so we can send your receipt, your download link and — only if you asked for it — Bobbie's recipe news. We never sell it or pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Payment details
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's own secure form — Bobbie's Kitchen never sees or stores it.
Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Recipes and safety
These are Bobbie's home recipes, written down as she cooks them. Where she still has a detail to confirm, we say so on the page instead of guessing.
Check the ingredient list yourself for allergens, and cook meat, poultry and fish until safely done for your own household.
