Creamy Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
A thick, creamy, scoopable ranch dip loaded with sharp cheddar and crispy bacon.
Bobbie’s signature enhancement: add 1 tsp fresh lemon juice to brighten the creamy ranch flavour. Serve with pretzels, crackers, vegetables or toasted bread. Refrigerate airtight for up to 3 days.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix until creamy.

Add ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper.

Fold in cheddar, bacon, green onions and dill.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Stir before serving and garnish with additional bacon and green onions if desired.
