Ingredients

6 slices smoked bacon
2 chicken breasts
½ cup yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 oz ranch seasoning
4 cups chicken stock
½ lb penne pasta
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp parsley

Method

Crisp the bacon, set aside and cook the chicken in the same pan.

Soften the onion, then add the ranch seasoning, salt and pepper.

Pour in the stock, add the penne and simmer until tender.

Stir through the soup and cream cheese until smooth.

Shred the chicken back in and finish with the bacon and parsley.
