Homemade Dill Dip
Creamy, fresh and bursting with flavor — better than store-bought and a crowd favorite.

Bobbie's tips: use full-fat sour cream and mayonnaise for the creamiest texture; fresh dill gives the best flavor, but dried dill works well too (use 2 tsp); let it chill at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor; for a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of some or all of the sour cream; this dip tastes even better the next day. Keeps up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container; freezing not recommended as the texture may change when thawed.
