Pumpkin Crème Espresso Martini
Bold espresso and creamy pumpkin with warm spices and vanilla in a silky dessert martini.

Contains alcohol — adults only. Contains dairy when made with cream. Card heading states 5 minutes total and 0 minutes cook (just mix); pumpkin crème mix is warmed for 5–7 minutes separately. The card's mix yield of about 1 cup is preserved although its listed ingredients total more than that. Pitcher: mix with ice in a large pitcher; shake individual servings for best froth or stir gently and serve over ice. Tips: use real pumpkin purée; chill martini glasses; try cold brew concentrate for stronger coffee; adjust syrup sweetness; nutmeg or cinnamon deepens flavor; half-and-half gives a lighter version; make mix ahead. Variations: caramel drizzle and sea salt; bourbon instead of vodka; white chocolate liqueur instead of coffee liqueur. Mocktail: use decaf espresso, pumpkin crème mix and a splash of milk or cream; omit vodka and coffee liqueur. Mix keeps airtight refrigerated up to 1 week; cocktail without ice can be made up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerated, then shaken with ice. Pair with pumpkin pie, pecan tarts, spiced nuts, chocolate desserts, caramel cheesecake, charcuterie, roast turkey or fall cookies and pastries.
