Pumpkin Crème Espresso Martini (Condensed Milk)
Smooth espresso and creamy pumpkin with condensed milk, vanilla and warm spices — Bobbie’s second pumpkin crème martini card.

Contains alcohol — adults only; contains dairy. This is a distinct version of card 100: condensed milk and a cold-whisked mix, with different coffee liqueur amounts. The printed mix yield of about 1 cup is preserved although the ingredients total more. Pitcher: mix in a large pitcher, chill and shake individual servings with ice for the best texture. Tips: cool fresh espresso slightly; use 2 oz for a stronger coffee flavor; adjust simple syrup to taste; chill the glass; cocktail without ice keeps refrigerated up to 24 hours. Variations: 1 oz caramel sauce and a pinch of sea salt; maple syrup instead of simple syrup; ½ oz chocolate liqueur; cinnamon or nutmeg. Non-alcoholic version: replace vodka and coffee liqueur with cold coffee and a splash of vanilla extract. Pumpkin crème mix keeps airtight refrigerated up to 1 week. Pair with pumpkin pie, pecan pie, chocolate truffles, cheesecake, gingerbread cookies, charcuterie, Brie with honey, roasted nuts or warm cinnamon rolls.
