Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus
Creamy, flavorful and irresistible — full of bold flavor and ready in 10 minutes.

Bobbie's tips: use sun-dried tomatoes in oil for the best flavor; save a little of the tomato oil to add richness; for an extra smooth texture, remove the skins from the chickpeas; adjust garlic and lemon juice to your taste; chill for 30 minutes for even better flavor; garnish with fresh basil, parsley, or pine nuts. Keeps up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container; freeze up to 2 months, thaw in the refrigerator and stir before serving.
