Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Extra chocolate chunks (for stuffing)

Method

    Cream the butter and sugars until smooth.

    Add the egg and mix well.

    Mix in the flour and salt to form a dough.

    Fold in the chocolate chips.

    Take a piece of dough, flatten it, add a chocolate chunk inside and seal.

    Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 10 to 12 minutes.
